ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Where is your factory based?

Our STeP (sustainable textile production)-certified factory is based in Heeze, The Netherlands since 1900.

Can I visit your factory?

If you are interested in developing your own fabric we will schedule a physical or online meeting in which we will discuss your project. In this meeting we can show you our different qualities and possibilities. If you’d like to find out more about our company but have no specific project in mind yet you can join one of our online tours.

Do you work with sustainable materials?

Our factory is STeP-certified by Oekotex and we offer sustainable materials like recycled polyester, GOTS-certified cotton and recycled denim yarns. Other special yarns upon request.

DEVELOPING A FABRIC

What are the delivery times?

A sample is created within 3-4 weeks. After approval production will take 2-3 weeks.

What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

You can already order your unique pieces from 1 meter.

What is your price / meter?

Since all of our fabrics are custom made we don’t work with standard prices. The price for your fabric depends on the order quantity, materials and amount of yarn colours.

Can I get a sample in advance?

We offer a first sample of your design, starting from 675 euros.

Can I see a digital impression before you start weaving?

We can send you a scan for approval (the translation from your design into a jacquard drawing) before we start. However, the actual fabric will always look different from the image you see on your screen.

How do I get in touch?

PREPARE YOUR FABRIC

How do I prepare my file?

On actual width (150 cm), if you have a graphic file it should be vectorized. If you want to weave an image make sure the quality is at least 150 dpi. You can send us your request here.

What is the dimension of the fabrics?

The width of our jacquard is 150 cm. The total width of the fabric is 160 cm, with a repeat of 5 cm on both sides. Fabrics made on our cotton loom are 152 cm wide, without repeats on the sides.

What colours can I choose from?

Our fabrics are build up from a maximum of 8 yarns. To create full-colour images our jacquard designer mixes the right colours while programming your file. After receiving your design our team will select colours and send a proposal for your approvement. It’s also possible to send a pantone colour reference. Then we’ll select the closest match from our yarn library.

Which materials do you work with?

We work on (recycled) polyester warps (black or white), FR polyester warp or cotton warp (off-white).
The weft can be: cotton, wool, (recycled) polyester, silk, lurex. Special yarns and warps on request.

STUDENTS

I am a student, is it possible to submit my project?

Every year we offer spots for students with a reduced price. Please send us your proposal and our team will get back to you.

Do you offer internships?

If you are a skilled creative, motivated to contribute to our success and interested to learn more about jacquard weaving, please get in touch. We offer an internship in our design team on a regular base.
